Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Customers are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 (three) days from the date of delivery. The product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Undamaged and in resale condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging intact.
1.2 Non-eligible Items
- Products that are opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items missing original packaging or labels.
- Sale or discounted items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Perishable items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality defect.
1.3 Return/Exchange Process
- Customers must contact our customer support team within 3 days of receipt to request a return or exchange, providing order details and reason for return.
- Upon approval, customers will receive a return authorization and instructions for how to securely pack the product for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to use a tracked courier service to avoid disputes.
- The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
1.4 Inspection & Refunds
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or cash for COD).
- Refund processing typically takes 7-10 working days after receipt of the returned product.
- Note: The customer must ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damages during transit.
1.5 Refunds & Credit Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For exchanges, customers may opt for a direct replacement or credit note valid for 6 months.
- Credit notes can be used for future purchases on our website or store.
